I’ve searched for an electrolyte I enjoy and this is it! The strawberry lemonade is lush and it really helps with my recovery and reduces my headaches.
I have the lemon and lime flavour and it is so nice and refreshing, and not too salty like other brands. It’s not grainy and actually look forward to drinking it, plus it helps me drink more during the day because it takes so nice. Will continue using Strike!
Me and my husband are regularly using the lemon and lime flavour which is the best of all. I have tried other brands of electrolytes and flavours but this one is the best and helps maintain the habit to have it on a daily basis
This has been a game changer for me as I’m going through per menopause. I feel like I was depleted in all my energy and constantly feel thirsty. This is a game changer. I guess I wasn’t overly sure how much it hydrated you until I ran out and stopped drinking it for a month then realised the difference! If you’re someone who would struggle to drink the actual recommended amount of litres a day then this will save you! Plus it tastes great!
This really seems to do the trick! I can take on more fluids without having to find a loo all of the time! I feel I have a lot more energy now and nit falling asleep at tea time as soon as I sit down. Very pleasant flavour too. So pleased.
Recently gave birth to twins so having strike as part of my routine has really helped me stay hydrated. Especially as I am pumping and breastfeeding most of the day. Love the berry flavour would like to try the other flavours. The price is pretty affordable and the ingredients are clean compared to other brands so would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

After a health scare i made the decision to eat clean and this ment adding electrolytes to my daily routine. I loath the slimey taste of Celtic salt and just couldn't stick to it even with lemon added. I bought the Berry pack which came with the tester pack including tropical and lemon/lime. I have been taking my berry strike every morning with out fail. I will order the lemon and lime next time as well. The benefits for me are obvious. I bought tropical twist as am not drinking enough water or getting enough vitamins & minerals, this product give more than other brands. I like the taste of the tropical and ended buying berry and lemon and lime. All have a great taste and no funny after taste.
After seeing a review on insta about strike and how it’s great for chronic illness, I thought I have nothing to lose! Since taking strike every day for the past 3 weeks I feel so much better, I usually suffer with constant dizziness daily and it’s pretty much gone!
I found these amazing! I use it in the morning and I find within half an hour I have energy and helps me concentrate at work! For a newly chronically ill person dealing with a brain injury these have been a massive help into aiding my recovery and I’ll continue to keep these in my routine!
After trying other brands and not really liking the taste. Thought I'd give Strike a try, I love the Berry fusion and Lemon and Lime flavours. So definitely recommend this brand, I will be placing another order shortly.
Do sports, Pickleball and touchtennis. Using ths before and during activity. Keeps energy levels good for a 71 year old. Also use before and during gym training. Again I feel focus and energy levels improved. Also use when not acive to keep hydrated. Great product.
As someone who never sticks to their supplements and is terrible with consistency… strike is the first thing I have ever truly stuck to! They’re small and convenient to carry, taste amazing and as a competitive powerlifter I feel like my sessions just go so well now that I’m having my daily dose of everything I need! Will be a loyal long term customer for sure!
Love the taste of lemon & lime but also enjoying the limited addition strawberry lemonade flavour. I find it refreshing to drink especially when fasting. Reduced headaches as I now don't get dehydrated and it also doesn't spike my blood glucose levels unlike other electrolytes I have tried. Am on my third box and feel like it helps with my energy levels- only downside for me is the cost.
Tastes good, refreshing and super easy to take. The berry flavour is nice but in the sample pack I tried the pink lemonade one so will order that next time!
I'm enjoying the Strike electrolytes so far and the variety provided by 3 different flavours. My morning gets a boost when I have my daily sachet - would definitely recommend. I've now subcribed although could only work out how to do it for individual flavours - is there are a way to set up the subscription for multiple flavours without having to have multiple subscriptions? Hope so!

Onto my 3rd box already.. so decided to subscribe! As someone with a chronic illness these have stopped me from drinking anunhealthy amount of water daily, in order to try and be hydrated, to now, actually being able to drink a healthy recommended daily amount of water. Because of Strike I am finally getting what i need in regards to mineral hydration. 👏
Berry flavour is THE best, I placed my first order before Ramadan and it did what was is said on the tin - kept me hydrated, replaced the lost electrolytes and gave me a new level of energy, so much that I couldn’t sleep the first time I took it! Googled best electrolyte product and strike came up no 1 . Have tried Tropical twist and Berry fusion love them both. Now whole family using them great product , great delivery and will continue to use it .
These taste great, not salty like some others. I have a few health issues and these are helping. Not feeling so fatigued all the time.
I have an auto immune condition where I sweat and drink a lot of water and need more salt in my diet - Addison's disease. Although I have to be careful not to have too much potassium I have these when I feel I need them. On hot days or if I've done more physical exercise or indeed have had a night out! They give me the boost I need and now I don't have to drink quite so much water which used to bloat me or make me feel unwell sometimes. I love the berry taste. I've tried a few and Strike was the one that suited me best.

I was sceptical to beging with, they are a bit more pricey than others. Speaking as someone who has used electrolytes for years I like to think I know my stuff… Also having Crohns disease and severe anemia I spend time researching what your body needs. Genuinely nothing else comes close! These are top tier, best of the best.. worth every penny. Im halfway through my second purchase and will be subscribing. Wasnt a huge fan of the mango flavour (personal preference) but the berry are delicious. If you have any form of chronic illness I cannot recommend these more highly. They are part of my daily routine… and i’ll say this, for travelling and plane journeys these are a must.
