We've formulated Strike to be a once per day, 'all in one' electrolyte - super convenient & easy to take. You can consume more than one sachet daily depending on your lifestyle. If you’re actively exercising or feeling fatigued throughout the day we’d recommend drinking 2-3 sachets. Endurance athletes should take 1 sachet per hour of intense training.

Simply add 1 sachet to 350-400ml of water and enjoy a refreshing drink in seconds.

Yes, Strike is formulated to help boost hydration and electrolyte balance which can be particularly beneficial during pregnancy.

It is recommend that you ask your doctor beforehand, however all of our ingredients are safe and we do not use anything artificial unlike other brands.
