Love the taste of lemon & lime but also enjoying the limited addition strawberry lemonade flavour. I find it refreshing to drink especially when fasting. I have an auto immune condition where I sweat and drink a lot of water and need more salt in my diet - Addison's disease.
Although I have to be careful not to have too much potassium I have these when I feel I need them. On hot days or if I've done more physical exercise or indeed have had a night out!
